Its mission is to contribute to improve life quality of deaf people, so that they can be incorporated to the productive life of our society. A hearing impairment person is the one that has a limitation to use his hearing sense, thus he cannot perceive the reality in the same way that a listener. This physical impairment makes him perceive the reality differently from the rest of the society. It is important to take into account that a hearing disabled person finds himself with a sense limitation but not an intellectual one.
